Summer Arts Programmer 2025

Job details and expectations:

Boissevain Morton Arts Council is looking for a student between the ages of 15-25.

$16.50/hr for 35 hours/week over eight weeks (7 hours days with unpaid lunch) June 28- August 24 with the option of a couple shift before June 28 and or after Aug 24

Skill required: works independently, enjoys working with children, creative, organized and has social media, computer skills.

This job is partially under Lisa Heide, working directly with arts programing at the arts hall.

  • Farmers Market craft on Thursdays
  • Prepping for camps
  • Running camp two weeks
  • Possible collaboration with day camp
  • Cleaning/ organizing art supplies
  • Spray paint turtles/ Crosswalk/ Help Mural committee

And partially under Melissa Perkins at the Wildlife Museum/ Tourist Center

  • Social media: high-light artists
  • Retail shifts
  • Running art activities on Saturday and Sunday
  • Communicating with local Artisans
  • Social media posts/reels
  • Posters
  • Website updates
