About us.
The Boissevain-Morton Arts Council (BMAC) was founded in 1990. The initial purpose of BMAC was to develop the outdoor murals in Boissevain and promote tourism for the community. Over 20 professionally painted murals narrate the story of our community’s history in living colour.
A new mission.
In fall of 2016 a group of interested citizens met to discuss revitalizing the BMAC with a broader, more encompassing mission. New board members joined and a new mission statement was adopted…
Making the arts accessible by encouraging education, promoting public art and supporting local artists.
